i'm kind of dumb, please help!!

sooooo i was trying to remove a deviation and add a more updated version but somehow i removed all my entries. i removed it via the little Edit menu, so to those more technologically understood people out there, is there any way i can bring them back or am i going to have to resubmit every single one?? please help!
